Peripatetic Nurse Manager

An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Peripatetic Manager to work for one of UK's leading health care providers. As the Peripatetic Manager you will oversee care homes in the North West region (Cheshire, Manchester & Liverpool)

You will form an integral part of the management team in ensuring the homes achieve excellent CQC reports and are run to the highest standard

As the Peripatetic Manager your key responsibilities include:
• Overseeing the management of homes on a temporary basis during periods of absence from the Home Managers
• Supporting the managers to achieve compliance and improve grades
• Trouble shooting in under-performing homes
• You will demonstrate strong positive ideas, competency and experience of running a home whilst meeting national minimum standards and all relevant legislative requirements

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Previous experience as a Care Home Manager
• Multi-Site Home Management experience
• Experience in troubleshooting or developing new services
• Ability to deliver outstanding care for our residents
• In depth understanding of the legal requirements such as Health and Social Care Act/ CQC regulations/ KLOEs and rating characteristics
• NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Management/ or equivalent

The successful Peripatetic Manager will receive an amazing salary up to £55,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time for 40 hours a week working through Day Shifts from 9am to 5pm. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
